181 University Avenue - New Building Feature Support
Significant enhancements to the existing building at the prestigious Toronto address included major structural steel modifications and additions. Work was planned to allow the continuous occupancy of the structure during construction with miniman disruption to tenants and city traffic.

Lester B. Pearson International Airport
The Architecturally Exposed Structural Steel "wishbones" form the separation between the curved roof beams and the supporting rear wall of the main terminal. A high level of finish and detailing was required on these members. Walters Inc was also a key player in Hammerhead F.
Ottawa MacDonald-Cartier International Airport
A triangulated truss system was used in the Ottawa International Airport, making Architecturally Exposed Structural Steel the feature of this building. The newly expanded terminal opened for business in October 2003.
Addition to Ontario College of Art and Design
A structural steel "table top" was erected, supported by a series of 90 foot long hollow steel "legs".
Leslie Dan School of Pharmacy, University of Toronto
The "teaching pods" of the School were designed with maximum shop prefabrication for ease of on site assembly. Innovation was required to assemble the structure on the ground and lift it into its final position.
